Scripture: September 16 2010
2 Corinthians 5: 16-17 – Therefore, if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation, the old has gone, the new has come!
Isaiah 43:18-19 - Forget the former things, Do not dwell on the past, See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up. Don’t you see it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.
Acts 2:23-28 – This man was handed over to you by God’s set purpose and foreknowledge and you, with the help of wicked men put him to death by nailing him to the cross. But God raised him from the dead freeing him from the agony of death because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him. David said, ‘I saw the Lord always before me. He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices! My body also will live in hope because you will not abandon me to the grave. You have made known to me the paths of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence.

Scripture: September 9 2010
Psalm 51
Have mercy on me, O God,according to your unfailing love;
according to your great compassion
blot out my transgressions.
Wash away all my iniquity
and cleanse me from my sin.
For I know my transgressions,
and my sin is always before me.
Against you, you only, have I sinned
and done what is evil in your sight,
so that you are proved right when you speak
and justified when you judge.
Surely I was sinful at birth,
sinful from the time my mother conceived me.
Surely you desire truth in the inner parts;
you teach me wisdom in the inmost place.
Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean;
wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.
Let me hear joy and gladness;
let the bones you have crushed rejoice.
Hide your face from my sins
and blot out all my iniquity.
Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Do not cast me from your presence
or take your Holy Spirit from me.
Restore to me the joy of your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.
Then I will teach transgressors your ways,
and sinners will turn back to you.
Save me from bloodguilt, O God,
the God who saves me,
and my tongue will sing of your righteousness.
O Lord, open my lips,
and my mouth will declare your praise.
You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it;
you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings.
The sacrifices of God arec]"> a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart,
O God, you will not despise.
In your good pleasure make Zion prosper;
build up the walls of Jerusalem.
Then there will be righteous sacrifices,
whole burnt offerings to delight you;
then bulls will be offered on your altar.
Isaiah 43:8
Lead out those who have eyes but are blind,
who have ears but are deaf.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ,
he is a new creation; the old has gone,
the new has come!
Scripture: September 2 2010
Acts 20:32
Now I commit you to God and to the Word of His grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
Ecclesiastes 4:8-10
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his friend can help him up.
Isaiah 61:1-3
The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the LORD's favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
2 Corinthians 3:17
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
1 John 4:18
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.
Psalm 119:68
You are good, and what you do is good
